Dr. Angel Appiani

Specialist in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Staff member at the Department of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery at the Hospital Militar Central, Buenos Aires. He completed an international fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (Division of Plastic Surgery), invited by Dr. Luis O. Vasconez. Former teaching assistant in Anatomy at the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine, and co-author of chapters in Coiffman de Cirugía Plástica, Reconstructiva y Estética (2006).

Amanda Rosenfeldt

In 2001 Amanda began promoting facial feminization surgery within Argentine plastic surgery circles — at the time a conservative field where these procedures were largely ignored. Since 2005 she has collaborated closely with surgeons in developing new techniques and raising the standard of care. Having been a trans patient herself for years — approaching each surgery with analytical criteria — she brings a level of empathy no credential can replace. At T-Change she oversees all non-surgical aspects of the patient experience: remote consultation before the trip, coordination and transportation during the stay in Buenos Aires, and post-operative follow-up once patients return home.

Oral Surgeon & Dentist

Dra. Mariel Ivón Castellano

Dentist (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, 1999) and oral surgeon with extensive postgraduate training in oral trauma, surgery, and implantology through the Hospital Interzonal de Agudos Eva Perón. She taught clinical oral implantology at the same institution and maintains an active private practice in oral surgery and implants. Active member of the Asociación Argentina de Odontología and the Sociedad Argentina de Cirugía Maxilofacial.

Anesthesiology

Dr. Sergio Muñoz

Specialist in anesthesiology (University of Buenos Aires). Currently serves as Coordinator of the Department of Anesthesia at three institutions: Hospital Militar Central, Hospital de Tórax Antonio A. Cetrángolo, and Sanatorio 24 de Septiembre in Avellaneda. His experience across long, complex surgical sessions — including FFS procedures that combine general anesthesia with a transition to local anesthesia for simultaneous hair transplant — is central to T-Change's capacity to deliver comprehensive single-session feminization.

Surgical Scrub Technician & Patient Coordinator

Fernando Perazzo

Senior Technician in Surgical Tools Handling (Técnico Superior en Instrumentación Quirúrgica), Instituto de Estudios Superiores Universitas, La Plata. Since 2007 he has served as Person in Charge at the Operating Room of the Department of General Surgery at the Hospital Militar Central (afternoon shift). His background spans plastic surgery, neurosurgery, proctology, urology, and general surgery. Within the T-Change team he also acts as patient coordinator alongside Dr. Rossi and Dra. Castellano.
