Each procedure can be performed independently or in combination with FFS and with each other, subject to individual surgical assessment.
Blepharoplasty
Eyelids are a key feature of the face; they have a great impact on the overall face's expression. When they are swollen with fat deposits or sagging, your eyes will make you look older and more tired than you really are and feel. Blepharoplasty offers a solution so that your eyes will recover their lost liveliness. Upper blepharoplasty is also a great complement to forehead contouring, to reduce saginess after the orbital rims are reduced and lifted.
Canthopexy / Canthoplasty
Canthopexy gives your eyes a special touch, making them more interesting, more feminine and even more exotic. It raises the external corners of the eyes giving them an almond shape — a very attractive characteristic in women's eyes. It is also used for tightening the lower eyelid when the outer corner is downturned. It can be done alone or as a complement to blepharoplasty.
Neck Lift
Neck laxity is one of the first signs of aging. Over the years, gravity stretches the tissues of the neck and only a neck lift can put them back in place. Usually done together with a face lift, since they complement each other perfectly. It also adjusts muscles and skin to the jaw bones and chin after facial feminization surgery.
Face Lift (Rhytidectomy)
Face lift surgery gives your face an extra decade of youth for you to live it fully. It lifts the areas that gravity has pulled down, especially the cheeks. It is also a very good complement to facial feminization surgery for patients over 40, since it tightens the muscles and the skin, and adjusts them to the new bone structure of the face.
Otoplasty (Ear Surgery)
In general, male ears are larger than female ears. A small male ear may look like an average female ear. But a big male ear will always be too large for feminine standards. Otoplasty is used to reduce the size of the ears and to correct a problem that affects both men and women: prominent, flaring ears, for which ear pinning is adequate.

The face lift is particularly recommended for patients over 40, as it tightens skin and adjusts it to the new bone structure created during FFS. The neck lift and face lift are often performed together.
Blepharoplasty addresses fat deposits and sagging skin on the upper and/or lower eyelids, restoring a rested and lively appearance. Canthopexy works on the external corners of the eye, raising them to create a more feminine, almond-shaped appearance. They address different aspects of the eye area and are sometimes performed together for a comprehensive result.
A deep plane face lift is an excellent complement to FFS for patients over 40. After bone restructuring, the skin and soft tissue need to adapt to a new facial framework. A laser Endolift is routinely included in Dr. Rossi's list of FFS procedures to address this issue (which makes his approach unique), but deep plane face lift makes a much bigger difference in tightening those tissues and ensuring they conform naturally to the new bone structure — enhancing and prolonging the feminizing effect.
They complement each other well and are often performed together. However, a neck lift can also be done independently — for instance, when the neck begins to show laxity before the face requires attention. It is also performed after FFS to adjust muscles and skin to the reshaped jaw and chin.
Otoplasty reduces the size of the ears and corrects prominent ears — a concern that affects both men and women. For trans women, male ears that are large will remain too large for feminine proportions even after FFS. Otoplasty resolves this and can be combined with other procedures in the same surgical session.
